Leaving the Farm ✨ Slow Living Days in Winter Baking Muffins & Painting | Ep. 59

Hi, friends. It's so nice to see you! 🌟 This video has a lot of big updates in it, and I am sorry for the information overload! In this episode, I am baking some chocolate muffins and painting more furniture for the vintage dollhouse I am renovating. I also begin packing up our belongings as my little family will be moving away from the farm in the coming weeks. I will always love the farm, but I am truly looking forward to making our own space cozy! My parents will still be here, too, so we will come back to visit often - that includes you, too! 🥰 I am also sharing my thoughts on the current state of my country, and how much it is breaking my heart. I want to share this statement with you from my Instagram stories so that it is available here as well: 'If you are shocked by what I have said or reshared, then you do not know me much at all. I will never agree that violence is the correct answer to our suffering. I do not think it matters which "side" you are on at this point. What is happening is horrifying, and it makes me absolutely sick and heartbroken. I know that my content has been a place of escape for many of you. That is okay, and I hope to continue sharing slow moments of my creativity with you. But I do believe that saying nothing is a disservice to the people that are looking for a safe place to land when the internet is pure chaos. I understand if this upsets some of you.
